Here’s yet another fantastic prenatal yoga playlist from Blooma founder Sarah Longacre.

I call this “The Woman’s Work” playlist because of Kate Bush’s stunning song of the same name. (The Maxwell version is also worth a listen!) Turn it up, come to your mat, and breathe deep into your hearts, mamas!

I love creating playlists for yoga class! When I have a new song to share I am even more excited to teach. My Monday morning class playlist is listed below.

It is so cool to feel how music changes the tone of class. It can completely lift us up and inspire us to hang in that yogi squat for one more breath or it can help us completely melt away in final savasana.
