In the meantime, enjoy peeking into some of her favorite yoga tunes:

5. Calgary—Bon Iver

6. Blackbird—Beatles

8. Crystalized—The XX

9. Barton Hollow—The Civil Wars

A little note from Sarah H.: One of my favorite parts about teaching is the fun preparation that gets to happen outside of class. I am always on the hunt for new, yummy, soul-soothing tunes that can strike a chord you perhaps haven’t played in a while.  All of these were hand picked and ordered in a way that I hope can resonate with mamas, as well as matching the rising and falling of class’ sequence.  Hearing that baby is dancing with mama in her belly during some of these songs really seals the deal. I’m so grateful to be a part of everyone’s journey.

Love,

Alisa, Sarah & the women of Blooma

Jesse’s Vinyasa Flow Playlist

Blooma’s teachers are frequently asked about a song — or the entire playlist — used during class. We love to inspire you with music! Today, Vinyasa Flow teacher Jesse Bennet shares by request a recent play list from her Monday class.  Enjoy!

Love,

Alisa, Sarah & the women of Blooma

I love creating playlists for yoga class! When I have a new song to share I am even more excited to teach. My Monday morning class playlist is listed below.

It is so cool to feel how music changes the tone of class. It can completely lift us up and inspire us to hang in that yogi squat for one more breath or it can help us completely melt away in final savasana. If you want to look up any of these songs I believe they can all be found on iTunes. Happy listening:)

Namaste,

Jesse Bennett
