If you’re feeling anxious about your upcoming labor because of a previous labor experience that was difficult or traumatic, consider the upcoming workshop Another Birth, Another Story. We’ve heard amazing things about this workshop and wanted to pass along the information.

Facilitated by psychologist Suzanne Swanson who runs the practice Mothers Matter, and Susan Lane, a Lamaze childbirth educator, birth doula, and lactation counselor, this workshop helps women (and couples) release trauma and rebuild confidence.

Classes are small. The next session begins soon (Thursday!) and runs the evenings of Nov. 10 and 17, with a later afternoon session held Sunday, Nov. 13. Future classes will be held in February and April.
