A Special Night for You + Grandma-To-Be

Bringing a new baby into the family changes not only a couple’s relationship, but your relationship with your parents as well. It can strengthen, deepen, and challenge.

One of the most special relationships about to be formed is that of your child with his or her grandmother. That’s why we’ve created a special evening for expectant women and their mothers or mothers-in-law.

Join Lisa Erbes at Blooma Minneapolis for a Grandmother’s Tea, Dec. 9, 6-8:30 p.m. She’ll facilitate the discussion of up-to-date birth practices and infant care, while you come together for an evening of food, fun, tea and conversation.

This event promises to build stronger bonds and open the lines of communication in the face of changes to the mother-daughter relationship. The shared experience of motherhood starts here! Please join us. Sign up online or call us at 612.233.8064.

Blooma: “Not just for knocked-up ladies”

I had to giggle (and cheer) when I read a Facebook posting from one (not pregnant) mom to another:

Take it Easy Yoga on Sunday mornings— Blooma: it’s not just for knocked-up ladies anymore,” she wrote.

It’s true! Spread the word to your friends and family. This is also holds true for Blooma’s upcoming FREE Bellyrama yoga festival Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Lake Harriet Bandshell, 9-11 a.m. Everyone is welcome!

Blooma’s other non-preggo offerings include Vinyasa Flow yoga for everyone (in both Minneapolis and St. Paul), yoga for babies, kids, tweens & families, and more. Find you favorite class now, whether you’re pregnant or not!
