You’ve come to love your regular time here during prenatal yoga. After baby’s arrival, continue receiving support from Blooma and from other mamas around you. No matter what type of birth you had or what your parenting philosophy, Blooma strives to be a haven for you.

Drop into the groups any time at Blooma (Minneapolis), Wednesdays and/or Saturdays, 12:30-1:30. You’re of course welcome to bring baby!
The rotating topics are applicable to first-time moms, fifth-time moms, moms of 4-day-olds and moms approaching the first year.
