goddess pose… i am in the deep south, and am so inspired by your studio! i am on my 2nd pregnancy, and am looking forward to experiencing the beauty and depth i felt as i rode each contraction with the goddess posture. deep breathing, believing in myself… i don’t know if there was anything more effective in my beautiful labor than the strength and mindfulness i learned in my prenatal yoga classes!
