Yoga for TWEENS! Spread the word!

This unique class at Blooma was designed specifically for tweens aged 9-12 years old. If you’re a parent, aunt, or neighbor to a kiddo this age, you may know what a time of transition and growth tweenhood is. Yoga can help them embrace themselves (and others) with loving self-acceptance, as well as physical and emotional self-confidence.

Tween yoga is also the perfect compliment to other physical activities and sports. Classes are lighthearted and fun, but also urge tweens to nudge their comfort zones. They’ll leave class feeling relaxed, strong and flexible.

Classes are held every Friday, 4:45-5:45 p.m. Drop in any time or sign up online! They’ll love it!
