If you haven’t had the chance to stop by Blooma St. Paul yet, mark your calendar for an open house at Health Foundations Family Health & Birth Center (HF) this Saturday, 1-6 p.m. (Come on, Minneapolites—cross the river and check us out!)

Located inside a beautifully restored house on Grand Avenue, the yoga studio space is bright, airy, and welcoming. Meet teachers from prenatal and BYOB (bring your own baby) yoga classes, and while you’re at it, tour HF’s new birth center! Even if you’re not pregnant, these gorgeous birth suites are worth a visit.
